I am compassionate, honest, and tend to use humor to build a genuine and therapeutic rapport with my clients. I acknowledge my clients, I see them, I hear them, and most of all I admire their vulnerability. Through the use of evidence-based practices and effective therapy techniques, we will work to overcome life’s challenges. My goal is to help you uncover your own motivation to change and empower you to be confident in the decisions you make.
Choosing the right therapist who is a good fit for you can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. Therapy is not like what you see on T.V., in our sessions you will find that therapy is a meaningful conversation that takes place in a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where YOU set the pace and where we can identify conflict and options, make efforts toward self-growth, and pursue paths of change.
